It’s been over the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my mailer. What should I do?
All mailers are sent during the first week of each month. Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery after shipment.

Right now, we mail to 19 countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the US.
The list is limited while we sort out international shipping issues.
